Covington can lead the region as a progressive city that tackles problems with compassion and creativity…and I will never settle for anything less than walkable, friendly, and safe streets in every neighborhood. ‘Well, it’s Covington — what do you expect?’ just won’t cut it anymore...we deserve to expect the best for this remarkable community.

As commissioner, I’ll push citizens and city staff alike to envision what’s next for the city and then to figure out practical, workable policies to get us there, together. We don’t have time for unrealistic dreams, but I’ll never respond with a flat ‘No, we can’t do that.’ I’ll always ask how we can start down the path to an even better Covington.
